Founding 250 Lifetime Membership terms

- Price and payment. The Founding 250 Lifetime Membership costs CA$119.99, paid once through Stripe on the WageMetria website. Applicable sales taxes may be added at checkout. It is not a subscription: there is no trial, no automatic renewal and no recurring charge.
- What “lifetime” means. Lifetime means access to the standard WageMetria premium service for as long as WageMetria continues to operate and provide that service. It is not a promise that WageMetria or the service will exist forever. Features may change over time; lifetime members receive the standard premium features offered to paying members.
- Your account. The membership is attached to the account used to buy it and works on every device where you sign in to that account. It is personal and cannot be transferred.
- Existing subscriptions. If you already pay monthly or annually, buying the lifetime membership stops future renewals once your payment is confirmed. Time you already paid for is kept until your current period ends and is not refunded automatically; your lifetime access continues without interruption.
- Refunds. Contact WageMetria support to request a refund. Refund requests are handled in line with applicable Canadian and provincial consumer protection law. If a refund is issued, lifetime access ends and that membership may return to the 250 allocation.
- Chargebacks and reversals. If a payment is disputed, access is suspended while the dispute is open. It is restored if the dispute is resolved in WageMetria’s favour, and ends if the payment is reversed. Access may also be revoked for fraud or another legally permitted reason.
- Limited quantity. Exactly 250 paid memberships are offered. The availability shown is calculated by our server from real purchases and active checkout reservations; a membership is reserved for up to about 35 minutes while you check out.
- Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your province or territory.
